Deine Aufgaben
Als DevOps Engineer bei MWAY bist du verantwortlich für die Installation, Konfiguration, Integration, Optimierung und Problemanalyse im Rahmen komplexer Anwendungen und Infrastrukturen. Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören auch das Deployment und der Betrieb von Applikationen.
 
  • Weiterentwicklung und Betrieb: Du entwickelst und betreibst eine Arbeitsumgebung für Entwicklerteams, die Tools wie Gitlab, Gitlab CI, Nexus, SonarQube, YouTrack, Weblate und viele mehr umfasst.
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Produktteams: In enger Kooperation mit unseren Produktteams (MWAY, Relution, Bluerange, Blockscape) übernimmst du abwechslungsreiche Aufgaben in der DevOps-Automatisierung.
  • Agiles Arbeiten: Du arbeitest in agilen Teams in einer offenen, kooperativen und vertrauensvollen Umgebung.
  • Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Konzepten: Gemeinsam mit deinen Kolleg*innen erstellst du DevOps- und Automatisierungskonzepte, setzt CI/CD-Pipelines auf oder entwickelst diese weiter.
  • Sicherstellung des Betriebs: Du stellst den agilen Betrieb in der Cloud oder in modernen Rechenzentren sicher, überwachst geschäftskritische Kundenanwendungen und analysierst Störungen.
  • Infrastruktur und Automatisierung: Du bist Expert für Infrastruktur und deren Automatisierung und arbeitest hands-on mit Docker, Kubernetes und Cloud-Plattformen.
  • Weiterentwicklung: Wir unterstützen dich in deiner individuellen Weiterentwicklung.
Dein Profil
  • Leidenschaft für moderne Technologien: Du begeisterst dich für moderne, agile Produktentwicklung sowie für skalierbare Architekturen und Anwendungen.
  • Erfahrung mit Cloud-Technologien: Du hast idealerweise mehrere Jahre Erfahrung mit Cloud-Technologien, insbesondere mit AWS, Azure oder Ionos Cloud
  • Infrastructure as Code: Du besitzt Kenntnisse in Infrastructure as Code und Automatisierungstools wie Terraform, Ansible und CloudFormation.
  • CI/CD-Toolketten: Du hast Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und dem Betrieb von CI/CD-Toolketten wie Gitlab CI, Jenkins und Nexus.
  • IAM und Authentifizierungsflows: Du kennst dich mit IAM und Authentifizierungsflows (SSO, OIDC, OAuth) aus.
  • Kernkompetenz in Kubernetes und Docker: Deine Kernkompetenzen liegen im Management von  Kubernetes und Docker/containerd.
  • Netzwerkkonzepte: Du hast ein fundiertes Verständnis von Netzwerkkonzepten, VPN-Tunneln, DNS und Routing.
  • Kommunikationsfähigkeit: Du kommunizierst offen und schnell, wenn du ein Problem siehst, und scheust dich nicht, um Hilfe zu bitten.
  • Teamgeist: Du möchtest gemeinsam mit deinem Team erfolgreich sein.
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Du besitzt Deutschkenntnisse auf mindestens C1-Niveau und gute Englischkenntnisse auf mindestens B1-Niveau.

Your mission
As a DevOps Engineer at MWAY, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, integration, optimization and problem analysis of complex applications and infrastructures. Your tasks will also include the deployment and operation of applications.

  • You develop and operate a working environment for development teams that includes tools such as Gitlab, Gitlab CI, Nexus, SonarQube, YouTrack, Weblate and many more.
  • In close cooperation with our product teams (MWAY, Relution, Bluerange, Blockscape) you will take on varied tasks in DevOps automation.
  • You will work in agile teams in an open, cooperative and trusting environment.
  • Together with your colleagues, you will create DevOps and automation concepts, set up CI/CD pipelines or develop them further.
  • You ensure agile operations in the cloud or in modern data centers, monitor business-critical customer applications and analyze disruptions.
  • You are an expert in infrastructure and its automation and work hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes and cloud platforms.
  • We support you in your individual further development.


Your profile
  • You are enthusiastic about modern, agile product development and scalable architectures and applications.
  • You ideally have several years of experience with cloud technologies, especially with AWS, Azure or Ionos Cloud
  • You have knowledge of Infrastructure as Code and automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible and CloudFormation.
  • You have experience in developing and running CI/CD toolchains such as Gitlab CI, Jenkins and Nexus.
  • You are familiar with IAM and authentication flows (SSO, OIDC, OAuth).
  • Your core competencies lie in the management of Kubernetes and Docker/containerd.
  • You have a solid understanding of networking concepts, VPN tunnels, DNS and routing.
  • You communicate openly and quickly when you see a problem and are not afraid to ask for help.
  • You want to be successful together with your team.
  • You have at least C1 level German and a good command of English at at least B1 level.
