Software Engineer - Android/Mobile (m/w/d)

Your mission

Do you want to build apps that are used by companies across a wide range of industries and be part of the process from the initial idea all the way to launch? 
At MWAY DIGITAL, you’ll work as part of a well-coordinated team that takes joint responsibility for projects and supports clients over the long term. No copy-and-paste code, no endless backlogs without context: You’ll know exactly what you’re developing for and will communicate directly with the people who will use your app.
  • You develop mobile apps – from architecture to launch
  • You work with clients to analyze requirements and translate them into clean technical solutions
  • You serve as the point of contact for your clients throughout the project – on an equal footing, not just through support tickets
  • You contribute your own ideas on how features can be implemented better, more user-friendly, or more elegantly
  • You work closely with your team and share your knowledge

Your profile

  • You are familiar with Java, Android, and Kotlin
  • You communicate clearly – in German and English – even with non-technical counterparts
  • You are passionate about IT and eager to learn new technologies
  • Ideally, you already have some experience with Flutter or similar technologies
