Your profile
- You have completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree with a focus on HR or human resources management.
- You have previously worked in a company with around 100 colleagues or more and have demonstrated your skills.
- You have some initial experience in HR development and are familiar with administrative HR processes; if you have worked with Personio before, that’s a big plus.
- You have excellent communication skills and tact when dealing with employees, as well as a strong service-oriented mindset.
- You are fluent in both German and English.
